We accept returns and exchanges orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is shipped out.
The customer chooses the way they prefer to send it to us and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. We recommend insurance/tracking.

Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees of the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of error from our side (mistaken or damage product).
//The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging it came in.
On Return we will give you a full refund of the product you purchased.
The shipping costs are paid by the customer and by us.
The customer pays and the cost of half of this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
